I fell out of love with the fitness industry for many years, working with clients to lose weight and focus on aesthetics did not align with me. With a history of disordered eating and body dysmorphia, I needed to step back and work on my own relationship with exercise before I helped others. I introduced yoga into my life and rebuilt a healthy relationship with the gym by training to improve running performance and strength and leave behind counting calories and wanting to aesthetically look a certain way.
Now I am here to help you build a healthy relationship with exercise by discovering what works for you, keeping you healthy in mind and body, adding enjoyment to your life not dread.
We will set realistic goals including physical health, mentality & holistic wellness.
