Grief is Individual, there is no checklist you can tick off and abracadabra your healed, If only!
Grief can also reappear when you least expect it and cause deep heartache and sorrow.
But yoga can teach you how to listen & honor your needs in times of suffering. How to sit with the overwhelming emotions & allow them to pass. Un-attaching and releasing through movement, breath and meditation.
Grief can be a lonely place but you don't have to do it alone.
Yoga awaits you!
Hope Edelman, Motherless Daughters.
In a culture that shy's away from death, I lost my voice and sunk into isolation. Constantly told "your so strong", and "your mum would be so proud", I felt I had to be this person everyone was telling me I was.
Yoga gave me a space to just be, to become comfortable allowing things to flow. Yoga has been my biggest teacher, teaching me how to watch emotions pass like waves and un-attach from stories.
I feel deeply called to provide a safe space for you to move through the grieving process, using meditation, breathing exercises, movement or finding stillness and just feeling held. I whole heartedly want to help decrease some of your suffering by offering the safe space and support I longed for.
I am here to pass over all the tools I have, to help you!
